1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of goods from Stand Up Tents through StandUpTents.com. By placing an order, you accept these Terms.

2. Products & Orders

Product descriptions, images and specifications are for guidance only. Minor variations may occur.

Submitting an order is considered an offer to purchase. Stand Up Tents may refuse or cancel an order due to stock errors, pricing issues, suspicion of fraud, or force majeure.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices are shown in EUR. Prices may be displayed including or excluding VAT depending on the customer’s location. Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

We accept the payment methods displayed in the checkout.
Payment must be approved before goods are dispatched.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Stand Up Tents ships to the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and worldwide unless otherwise stated. Estimated delivery times may vary due to customs handling, courier delays, or local conditions.

The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address information or failure to collect, re-shipping costs may apply.

5. Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import fees. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable by Stand Up Tents.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish and EU law, starting from the day the product is received.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Testing the product indoors to inspect its nature and characteristics is allowed, but signs of outdoor use may void the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalised products
• Products showing clear signs of outdoor use

Customers must contact info@standuptents.com before sending any return. Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned goods.

7. Warranty (Defects Liability)

Products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty under Danish law against manufacturing and material defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  -Incorrect assembly or misuse
• Damage caused by weather, external forces, or improper handling

Claims should be made as soon as possible and documented with photos and a description of the issue.

8. Liability

Stand Up Tents is not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of time, profit or business opportunities.
Our maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, images, product descriptions and texts, is the property of Stand Up Tents and may not be used without prior written consent.

10. Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection laws including GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
Personal data is only used to process orders, provide customer support and improve our services.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes shall be resolved by Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s home country grant additional rights.

12. Changes to Terms

Stand Up Tents may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of order placement applies.
